🛥️ Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. As we specialise in boutique private charters and small group experiences, places are limited and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

 

🤿 Do I need snorkelling experience?

Not at all! Our experiences are suitable for both first-time snorkellers and experienced ocean lovers. Our friendly crew will provide a full safety briefing and are always on hand to help you feel comfortable in the water.

 

 

🐢 Will I see turtles?

While wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed, sea turtles are regularly spotted throughout our reef locations, along with colourful tropical fish, vibrant coral gardens and a variety of incredible marine life.

Absolutely! Families are welcome aboard. Our relaxed pace, exclusive floating sea pool and small group experiences make Destiny Blue a fantastic choice for guests of all ages.

 

 

🛟 What is the Exclusive Floating Sea Pool?

Exclusive to Destiny Blue, our floating sea pool provides a fun and safe space to swim, float and relax in the crystal-clear waters of the Great Barrier Reef. It's especially popular with families and young children.

 

 

🏄 Do you provide stand-up paddle boards?

Yes! Destiny Blue is proud to be the only Outer Reef charter from Port Douglas offering complimentary stand-up paddle boards, giving guests another unique way to experience the reef.

 

 

🍽️ Is food included?

Yes. Depending on your chosen experience, you'll enjoy freshly catered morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, along with complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks throughout the day.

 

 

🍾 Can I bring alcohol?

Yes! You're welcome to BYO alcohol to enjoy responsibly during your charter.

 

 

🎒 What should I bring?

We recommend bringing:SwimwearTowel, Hat, Sunglasses, Reef-safe sunscreen, Camera, Light jacket (cooler months). Any personal medication. Everything else is taken care of by us.

 

 

🌦️ What happens if the weather isn't suitable?

Guest safety is always our highest priority. If weather or sea conditions make it unsafe to operate, we'll offer you an alternative date, another available experience or a full refund.

 

 

🛥️ Are your tours private?

Yes! We specialise in bespoke private charters, creating personalised experiences tailored to your family, friends or group.

 

 

📍 Where do we depart from?

All tours depart from Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina, Port Douglas. Departure details and boarding information will be provided when your booking is confirmed.

 

 

⏰ How early should we arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure to allow plenty of time for boarding and a relaxed start to your day.

 

 

💳 When do I pay?

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your experience.

 

 

♿ Is the tour suitable for guests with limited mobility?

Please contact us before booking so we can discuss your individual needs. We'll always do our best to recommend the most suitable experience for you.

 

 

📸 Can I bring a drone?

Drone use is subject to current regulations and weather conditions. Please contact us before your tour if you plan to bring one.
